Felix Properties manages locations around the U.S. - When applying, be sure to select the correct park you are interested in.

All information on the application needs to be filled out completely. This includes uploading ID and income verification for all applicants over the age of 18 that will be living in the property. To upload additional documents please contact the park you are applying for. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Examples of Identity and Income Verification documents:

To qualify the screening team reviews a variety of things including Credit Score, Debt to Income Ratio (DTI), and Criminal Background. Our decision is based in whole or in part on the information obtained in a screening report.   Some examples for denial could be: Insufficient Credit, Temporary or Irregular Employment, Delinquent Past or Present Rental Obligations, Unable to Verify Employment, Eviction Filings or Judgments, No Credit File, and Criminal Related Offenses.
